Horse living quarters consist of approximately 10' by 12' four-sided rubber-matted stalls with attached paddock. The paddocks range in size with some being big enough to be shared by two horses.

Other amenities include:

• Wash rack
• Turn-out paddocks
• Individual tack lockers
• Trailer parking
• 24-hour on-site supervision

As of 2007, board is $425 per month. This includes stall/padock cleaning once a day and feeding three times per day. Stalls are bedded with pine pellet bedding. We offer a diet of oat/alfalfa hay cubes along with grass-alfalfa hay.

A $25 discount is applied if the board is paid on or before the 5th of each month. A $25 penalty is applied if board is paid after the 10th of the month.

In addition, the following extra services are available:

• Blanketing $40 per month
• Turnout $30 per month (2 hours daily, 5x per week)
• Lunging $8 per session
• Grooming $4 per session
• Additional Feeding $2 per day
